Terms of Service

Callback provides drafting, visual creation, interview recording feedback and Application Kit exports. It is not a recruitment agency, headhunter, staffing provider, employment intermediary or placement service. We do not submit applications, match users to employers, handle employment funds or guarantee interviews, salary, offers or other outcomes.

You are responsible for checking all materials before submission. You must not fabricate or exaggerate education, employment, skills, certificates, references, achievements or identity. Portrait processing must preserve your real appearance; deepfakes, impersonation and identity manipulation are prohibited.

You must be at least 13. Users aged 13–17 need consent and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. You must have capacity to enter a binding agreement and use the service lawfully.

Starter is free. Applicant and Career are recurring subscriptions billed in USD monthly or yearly at the price shown before checkout. Usage allowances reset each month, do not roll over and are not cash, stored value or transferable credits. Subscriptions renew until cancelled.

You may cancel before renewal and retain access until the current paid period ends. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy and does not limit mandatory consumer rights. We may maintain, secure or change the service and will use reasonable care to avoid material interruption.

Outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. They are drafts and practice feedback, not recruitment, legal, immigration, visa, tax, financial, medical or other regulated advice. Interview feedback does not assess ability or predict selection.

Keep credentials secure, provide accurate account details and tell us promptly of unauthorised use. We may restrict access for fraud, illegal conduct, harmful uploads, payment failure or material breach, using proportionate notice where appropriate.

You retain ownership of your uploaded content and receive the rights described in the Content License for outputs. We retain rights in the software, interface, workflow, models, branding and pre-existing materials. You may not reverse engineer, resell access or use automated means to overload the service.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to mandatory law, we are not responsible for hiring decisions, lost opportunities, inaccurate user-supplied facts or indirect losses not reasonably foreseeable. For paid services, aggregate contractual liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding twelve months where lawful.
